Industrial water treatment system for glass and stone processing

Dal Prete Super Compact 2.1 is designed for continuous operation and high load, where stable water quality and operational reliability are critical. The system combines clarification and dewatering in one integrated solution and ensures effective separation of sludge and particles from glass and stone processing. Treated water can be returned directly to production, supporting stable operation and reduced water consumption.

The system is equipped with a 10" touchscreen with Dal Prete's DPURE software, providing clear operation and full overview of the cleaning process. The automated functions reduce manual handling and ensure stable and predictable operation in daily use.

Super Compact 2.1 has an enclosure rating of IP55 and is designed for demanding industrial environments. Via LAN connection, the system can be monitored and supported remotely, increasing operational reliability and enabling faster troubleshooting when required.

The solution is well suited for larger machines and production lines with continuous load. For stone processing, continuous operation, or high water consumption, Super Compact 2.1 is a natural choice. The system can be delivered with optional configurations, such as integrated tanks for raw and treated water, insulation for outdoor installation, and automatic pH control.

For smaller production setups or standalone machines, the Mini Compact models may be a more compact alternative.
