Our recruitment process

Structured process with clear communication and quick feedback

1. Application
When we receive your application, you will receive a confirmation by email. All applications are evaluated, and we select the candidates who best match the position and our needs.

2. Interviews and assessment
Selected candidates are invited to an initial interview with the hiring manager – and in some cases a potential colleague.

If we both wish to proceed after the first interview, the next step may include a digital personality test in collaboration with an external recruitment partner. The results are reviewed together during the second interview. In some cases, a case assignment may also be included.

3. Agreement and onboarding
If we agree that it is a good match, we prepare and send the employment contract. Before your first working day, you will receive an introduction program to give you a clear overview of your start and first days with us.
