E-VDS Diamond is a Spanish manufacturer of professional diamond tools for the stone processing industry. Based in A Coruña, Galicia, the company develops and manufactures tools for demanding applications in natural stone, quartzite, composite and ceramic materials.
E-VDS Diamond operates its own production facility, giving the company control over the manufacturing process from the selection of raw materials to final inspection. The focus is on reliable cutting performance, consistent quality and tool solutions adapted to different materials and production requirements.
The range of diamond blades for bridge and stone saws includes solutions for porcelain and ceramic materials, granite, hard and abrasive quartzite, quartz composites and marble. The King
The King is one of the most popular diamond blades from E·VDS Diamond. The patented blade is developed for efficient cutting of porcelain and quartzite, combining high cutting speeds with clean cuts and stable performance.
The blade is designed for applications where both cutting quality and productivity are important. In Ø400 mm, The King can achieve cutting speeds of up to 3.8 m/min in porcelain and 1.5 m/min in quartzite.
V-Array
V-Array is developed for high-production cutting of granite, quartz composites and quartzite. The blade is designed for strong cutting power and maximum diamond exposure, helping deliver more output in less time.
In Ø400 mm, V-Array can achieve cutting speeds of up to 12 m/min.
