Compact water treatment system with advanced automation for glass and stone processing

Dal Prete Mini Compact M 3.1 Premium builds on the Mini Compact concept and combines a compact design with increased automation and stable operation. The system is designed for production setups requiring a space-saving solution with a higher degree of process control and reduced manual handling.

The system ensures effective clarification and dewatering in one integrated solution and separates sludge and particles from both glass and stone processing. Treated water can be returned directly to production, reducing water consumption and supporting stable operation.

Mini Compact M 3.1 Premium is equipped with a 15.6" touchscreen with Dal Prete's DPURE software, providing clear operation and full overview of the cleaning process. The automated functions ensure predictable operation and high reliability in daily use.

The system has an enclosure rating of IP55 and is designed for demanding industrial environments. Via LAN connection, the system can be monitored and supported remotely if required, increasing operational reliability.

The solution is well suited for production with steady operation and moderate to high water consumption, where increased automation and operational comfort are required compared to a basic compact system. For very high loads or demanding production lines, Super Compact 2.1 may be a more suitable choice.
