Biesse Master Cut Up J O is a 5-axis waterjet cutter for processing complex shapes with high demands on precision and flexibility. The machine is developed for tasks where traditional cutting methods are not sufficient, in both stone and glass.
The patented 5-axis cutting head with infinitely rotating C-axis enables angled cuts up to ±60°. This ensures a stable abrasive flow and consistent cut quality – even for complex profiles and details.
Master Cut Up J O can be configured with one or more independent cutting heads, adapted to the production requirements. The worktable is available in 3,200 or 4,000 mm and is accessible from three sides, providing efficient handling of large workpieces.
The machine is designed with focus on safety and ease of use. Integrated safety features reduce the risk of collisions while maintaining unobstructed access. The intuitive HMI and CAD/CAM system ensure clear overview and efficient programming.
