Battery-powered vacuum lifter for stone and paving work

Righetti S1-B is a compact, battery-powered vacuum lifter developed for work on construction sites and in outdoor environments, where mobility, low weight, and independent operation are essential. The lifter requires no external power or air connection, making it suitable for installation, paving work, and handling stone slabs in the field.

S1-B is designed for both horizontal and vertical lifting and features a tilt function from 0–90°. A key feature is the replaceable suction plates, which can be quickly changed via quick couplings. This allows the lifter to be adapted to different materials, slab sizes, and lifting capacities – also on rough, flame-treated, or textured surfaces.

The lifting capacity depends on the selected configuration and suction plate, with capacities up to 600 kg. S1-B is suitable for materials such as marble, granite, concrete, and other non-porous stone materials, both with smooth and textured surfaces.

As standard, S1-B is equipped with an integrated rechargeable battery with battery status indicator and energy-saving function for reduced power consumption. The lifter features a complete vacuum system including vacuum reserve and non-return valves, as well as integrated safety functions. These include visual and acoustic alarms for low vacuum level, vacuum gauge with colour scale, vacuum filter, and two-step safety release. Suction and release are controlled via a slide valve on the handle.

S1-B is typically used for outdoor installation, paving work, and handling of stone slabs on construction sites, where flexibility, fast setup, and independent operation are essential.
