Righetti P5A625K-X is a pneumatic vacuum lifter developed for handling large kitchen countertops and stone slabs made of natural stone, ceramics, and other non-porous materials. The lifter is designed for use with crane, forklift, or other suitable lifting equipment and supports both horizontal and vertical handling.
The model is equipped with five suction plates and offers a lifting capacity of up to 625 kg. Pneumatic tilt (0–90°) ensures controlled and safe positioning between horizontal and vertical handling, supporting precise placement during transport and installation of large and heavy stone elements.
What distinguishes the P5A625K-X from P5A550K is its flexible frame construction. The X-model can be configured in both linear and cross setups, providing improved stability and load distribution when handling large or wide stone slabs. This makes the P5A625K-X a suitable solution where a standard linear configuration is not sufficient.
The P5A625K-X is supplied with integrated safety features, including vacuum gauge, check valves, and acoustic and visual alarms for low vacuum. The adjustable suction plate layout ensures even load distribution and stable handling of large and elongated workpieces.
Depending on the application, the vacuum lifter can be configured with different options and setups.
