Vacuum lifter for stone with single suction plate and pneumatic tilt

Righetti P1A is a pneumatic vacuum lifter for stone slabs, designed for professional handling where high lifting capacity and controlled rotation are required. The lifter is equipped with a centrally positioned single suction plate and is suitable for both horizontal and vertical lifting of non-porous materials.

P1A features pneumatic assisted tilt from 0–90°, controlled via joystick on the handle. This ensures safe and precise rotation between vertical and horizontal positions and reduces operator strain when handling heavier slabs. The lifter is powered by compressed air and is intended for workshop and production environments with a fixed pneumatic supply.

The model is available in several sizes with lifting capacities from 125 kg up to 1,000 kg, depending on configuration and suction plate size. This makes P1A suitable for both smaller elements and larger kitchen countertops in natural stone and composite materials.

As standard, P1A is equipped with a complete vacuum system including vacuum reserve, non-return valves and double safety valve for on/off function. The lifter also features manual control on the frame, visual and acoustic alarms for low vacuum level, vacuum gauge with colour scale, and filter system for dust and condensation. Load release is controlled via a two-step safety function.

Optional accessories include white seals, parking stand with wheels and holder for crane control, allowing the lifter to be adapted to different working conditions and handling requirements.
