Vacuum lifters for stone with one suction plate – pneumatic, electric or battery-powered

The M1 series consists of compact vacuum lifters with a single suction plate, designed for precise and safe handling of stone slabs and other non-porous materials. The series includes the models M1A, M1EB, and M1B, which cover different operational needs while sharing the same core design and application area.

All models are suitable for both horizontal and vertical lifting and feature manual tilt from 0–90°. The series is available with lifting capacities ranging from approximately 100 kg up to 1,000 kg, depending on the model and suction plate size. This makes the M1 series suitable for both smaller elements and heavier stone slabs.

M1A is pneumatically driven and used where compressed air is available, such as in workshops or fixed production environments. M1EB is electrically driven with a vacuum pump and is available in both 230V and 400V versions, making it suitable for continuous operation with a stable power supply. M1B is battery-powered with an integrated rechargeable battery and supplied with charger, making it ideal for installation tasks and job sites without access to external power.

All models are equipped with a complete vacuum system including vacuum reserve, non-return valves, and integrated safety features such as visual and acoustic alarms in case of low vacuum. The M1 series is typically used for handling kitchen countertops in natural stone and composite, smaller slabs, decorative elements, and for internal transport where compact design and ease of use are essential.
