Biesse Master Cut Pro B W is a fully automatic CNC block saw developed for processing stone materials in block form. The machine is designed for high performance and precision when cutting large thicknesses and is well suited for processing marble, granite, and other hard stone materials.

The machine features a robust construction in welded and hot-dip galvanized steel, ensuring high stability and long service life – even during continuous operation and when processing heavy workpieces. The solid build provides accurate and repeatable cuts, even for demanding tasks.

Master Cut Pro B W can be equipped with saw blades up to Ø 2200 mm and powerful electric spindles up to 57 kW. The 370° rotating saw head, combined with variable cutting speed, provides high flexibility and precise control for both straight cuts and more complex operations.

The machine is equipped with brushless motors with absolute encoders, ensuring fast and precise movements and high operational reliability. An automatic lubrication system reduces wear and maintenance requirements, while sound-dampening blade covers contribute to improved working conditions.
