CNC monoblock saw for stone

Biesse Master Cut Go C M is a flexible and user-friendly CNC monoblock saw developed for efficient processing of stone slabs without extensive installation requirements. The machine combines sawing, drilling, and simple milling in one continuous process, resulting in shorter cycle times and a more streamlined production.

The compact and self-supporting monoblock construction allows for quick installation without the need for foundation or building modifications. A robust galvanized steel frame ensures high stability and long service life, while sliding safety barriers provide safe and accessible operation in daily use.

The machine is equipped with an integrated saw blade, spindle, and vacuum system with suction cups in the machine head. This enables cutting, drilling, and handling of workpieces in sequence without manual repositioning, increasing efficiency and reducing process time – especially in the production of kitchen and bathroom slabs.

Operation is intuitive via an ergonomic 21” multitouch screen, providing easy access to programming and machine control. The integrated camera system follows the movement of the machine head and gives the operator full visual control of the material position throughout the process.
