Fully automatic edge polishing machine for stone edges

Biesse Master Edge Up F H is a fully automatic edge polishing machine for precise and uniform processing of straight edges in marble, granite, quartz and ceramic materials. The machine is designed for professional stone production with high requirements for edge finish, repeatability and stable operation.

The machine features automatic measurement of material thickness and width via laser, ensuring correct setup and consistent results – even when processing workpieces with varying thicknesses. The Cam Follower system follows the material thickness and ensures a constant and uniform chamfer.

Master Edge Up F H is available in multiple configurations, with different arrangements of front polishing wheels and chamfers depending on production requirements. The motorised chamfer units are automatically positioned, and the pressure roller system with duplex presses ensures stable clamping – also for thin materials and frame parts.

Operation is handled via a 15” touch screen with simple and clear programming. Recipes can be saved and reused, allowing quick changeover between materials and tasks. Automatic lubrication and intelligent water management reduce maintenance and consumption in daily operation.

Master Edge Up F H is suited for production of kitchen countertops, stair treads, window sills and similar components requiring consistent edge quality.
