Lightweight, battery-powered vacuum lifter for safe handling of glass on construction sites and during installation, designed for use with mini cranes and lifting equipment.
VB600 from Righetti is a battery-powered vacuum lifter for glass, developed for use on construction sites and with mini cranes and other lifting equipment with limited capacity. The lifter combines low self-weight with high flexibility and is suitable for handling glass panels in various formats.
As standard, VB600 is equipped with four suction cups of Ø315 mm, a double vacuum circuit for increased safety, 360° continuous rotation, and 0–90° tilt. The suction cups can be repositioned to suit different panel formats, and the lifter supports both horizontal and vertical handling.
The lifter is powered by an 18V lithium battery (not included) and can be used with universal adapters, allowing use of batteries from common power tool platforms. The lightweight frame makes VB600 suitable for applications where low total weight is critical.
VB600 can be configured with a range of accessories, including additional suction cups, extension kits, alternative lifting arms, assisted or electric tilt, radio control, and transport and storage stands, as well as solutions for curved glass. Maximum lifting capacity is up to 600 kg, depending on configuration.
