Battery-powered vacuum lifter for heavy glass sheets up to 1200 kg

VB4+4 RCMBM d4 XL from Righetti is a battery-powered vacuum lifter for handling large and heavy glass sheets on construction sites and during installation. The model is developed for demanding lifting operations where high lifting capacity, stability, and flexibility are required.

The lifter is equipped with eight round suction cups with a diameter of 390 mm. Four suction cups are mounted centrally on the frame, while four are placed on removable arms. Depending on the setup, the lifter can be configured with 2, 4, 6, or 8 suction cups, providing a lifting capacity from 300 kg up to 1200 kg.

VB4+4 RCMBM d4 XL is designed for both horizontal and vertical handling. It features manual 0–90° tilt and manual 360° continuous rotation, with automatic locking every 90°. This ensures controlled handling and precise positioning of the glass during installation.

The lifter is powered by built-in, high-capacity batteries that can be easily removed and charged (external charger included). It is equipped with two independent vacuum circuits, each with a vacuum tank and non-return valve, and meets the requirements for use on construction sites.
