Pneumatic vacuum lifter for indoor glass handling (up to 400 kg)

VA4 RPBP from Righetti is a pneumatic vacuum lifter for indoor use, developed for safe handling of larger glass sheets and glass panels in production, workshops, and assembly areas. The lifter is air-powered and well suited for environments with access to compressed air, where precise control of both tilt and rotation is required.

The lifter is equipped with four round suction cups with a diameter of 315 mm, mounted on adjustable arms that can be repositioned along a central beam with a length of 1500 mm. This provides flexible adaptation to different glass sizes and formats. The standard lifting capacity is up to 400 kg.

VA4 RPBP features pneumatic 0–90° tilt and pneumatic 90° rotation, both controlled via dedicated joysticks integrated into the lifter’s handle. This ensures precise movements and safe positioning of the glass during lifting and installation.

Included as standard:

• Four round suction cups Ø315 mm with safety ring
• Adjustable suction cup arms with flexible positioning along the central beam
• Pneumatic 0–90° tilt
• Pneumatic 90° rotation
• Joystick control for each movement, integrated into the handle
• One vacuum circuit with vacuum reserve and check valve
• Acoustic and visual warning system for low vacuum level
• Vacuum gauge and vacuum filter
• Double safety system for load release

The lifter is pneumatically powered and operated via a manual on/off valve on the frame. VA4 RPBP is developed for stable and repeatable indoor handling of glass.
