Pneumatic vacuum lifter for indoor glass handling (up to 200 kg)

VA2 RCMBP from Righetti is a pneumatic vacuum lifter for indoor use, developed for safe handling of glass sheets, windows, and smaller glass panels in production, workshops, and assembly areas. The lifter is air-powered and well suited for environments with fixed access to compressed air.

The lifter is equipped with two round suction cups with a diameter of 310 mm, mounted on a central beam where the suction cups can be repositioned as needed. The standard beam length is 1500 mm, but other lengths are available on request.

VA2 RCMBP features pneumatic 0–90° tilt, controlled via joystick on the lifter’s handle. In addition, it has manual 360° rotation with automatic locking every 90°, ensuring safe and controlled positioning of the glass during handling.

Included as standard:

• Two round suction cups Ø310 mm with safety ring

• One vacuum circuit with vacuum reserve and non-return valve

The lifter is operated via a manual on/off valve on the frame and requires external connection to compressed air. The maximum lifting capacity is 200 kg.
