Battery-powered vacuum lifter for very heavy glass sheets with electric rotation and hydraulic tilt

GLE4+8 d4 from Righetti is a battery-powered vacuum lifter for handling very heavy glass sheets on construction sites and during installation. The lifter is designed for professional use where high lifting capacity, precise control, and maximum safety are essential.

The lifter has a compact and slim frame with a construction depth of only 304 mm and is equipped with a total of twelve suction cups – four mounted on the main frame and eight on removable extensions. The extensions can be easily removed, allowing the lifter to be adapted to different glass sizes and lifting capacities.

GLE4+8 d4 is designed for both horizontal and vertical handling and is equipped with electric 360° continuous rotation and hydraulic 0–90° tilt. All movements, including suction and release of the load, are controlled via wireless radio control, ensuring high precision and safe operation during handling and installation.
