The machine is suitable for processing glass for structural facades, railings, interior glass constructions, furniture, shower solutions, and technical applications. The solid and precise adjustment system ensures correct angle and accurate parallelism for both small series and larger production volumes.
Edge Pro D F is available in two versions – Version 10 and Version 12 – with 10 and 12 processing tools respectively. The choice of version determines flexibility and capacity and makes it possible to adapt the machine to the desired production flow and edge geometry.
The machine handles glass thicknesses from 4 to 19 mm as standard, with the option to process laminated glass up to 50 mm. Advanced solutions such as automatic adjustment of polishing spindles, oscillating diamond grinding, and Biesse’s patented Radiuser technology enable precise 45° arrises and radius edges up to 5 mm – without the need for additional machines.
Edge Pro D F is built for long service life and stable performance, with robust mechanical components and high resistance to water and wear. The machine can be integrated into automated lines and adapted to various infeed and outfeed solutions, depending on the production setup.
