Biesse Intermac Drill Pro J H is a high-performance CNC processing center for horizontal glass processing, developed for industrial production with high demands for capacity, precision, and flexibility. The machine combines drilling, milling, countersinking, and integrated waterjet cutting in one fully automated process.
The machine processes glass thicknesses from 3 to 19 mm, and up to 25 mm for operations without waterjet. With multi-spindle heads on both the top and bottom sides and a maximum drilling diameter of up to 65 mm, Drill Pro J H handles demanding drilling and machining tasks with high repeatability.
The double workstation allows two glass sheets to be processed simultaneously, significantly increasing production capacity and machine utilization – especially in series production and for larger glass formats. Depending on the version, the machine can handle glass sizes up to 6,000 × 3,300 mm.
The integrated waterjet enables precise cutting of complex shapes and cutouts, while drilling and countersinking are performed with tools optimized for quality and speed. Super Spindle technology with up to 12,000 rpm ensures short cycle times and high surface quality.
The patented Dynamic Vacuum Belt solution ensures stable and precise clamping during both transport and processing. The vacuum zones are automatically activated based on glass shape and processing position, making the machine well suited for Low-E and coated glass.
Intermac Drill Pro J H is available in several versions and configurations, tailored to different production needs – from compact line solutions to high-performance machines with double workstations for maximum capacity. The choice of version depends on the required glass format, automation level, and production volume.
