CNC drilling and milling machine for glass

Biesse Intermac Drill Go B V is a compact CNC drilling and milling machine for vertical processing of flat glass, developed for precise and efficient production. The machine performs drilling, milling, countersinking, and groove processing in one integrated process, and is especially suited for glass doors, railings, balustrades, and shower applications.

The machine processes glass thicknesses from 3 to 19 mm and handles hole diameters from 4 to 60 mm. With a working area of up to 3600 × 1600 mm, Drill Go B V covers most standard formats within door and interior glass production.

The vertical design ensures a compact footprint and efficient material handling. The glass sheet is automatically positioned via motorized rollers and secured with suction cups close to the work area, ensuring vibration-free processing and consistent quality – even in series production.

Intermac Drill Go B V is equipped with two working units with separate tool magazines (8 tools at the front and 8 at the rear), enabling efficient processing from both sides of the glass. With integrated CAD/CAM control and a user-friendly HMI, the operator can program quickly, operate reliably, and achieve high production capacity.
