CNC machining center for advanced glass processing and faceting

Biesse Intermac Multi Pro S H5S is a high-performance CNC machining center developed for advanced faceting and precise processing of flat glass. The machine is designed for production environments with high demands for flexibility, surface quality, and process control – enabling complex geometries and advanced glass applications.

With true 5-axis interpolation, Multi Pro S H5S provides full tool tilting from 0 to 90°, combined with a continuously rotating C-axis. This enables precise faceting, V-grooving, cup side beveling, engraving, 3D surfaces, and processing of curved shapes – all in one machine.

The machine is available in Version M and in three sizes – 33, 38, and 45 – with working areas up to 4,500 × 2,500 mm, depending on configuration. Maximum glass thickness is 100 mm, making the machine suitable for architectural glass, mirrors, technical glass, and special applications.

The powerful 15 kW HSD spindle (ISO 40) provides high and stable performance during demanding operations, while precise mechanical components such as ball screws, linear guides, and gear racks ensure smooth movements and accurate positioning. An automatic lubrication system contributes to stable operation and long service life.

Multi Pro S H5S can be configured with up to 39 tool positions distributed across various tool rack solutions, reducing changeover time and ensuring efficient production flow. Advanced CAD/CAM software and Biesse's intuitive HMI system ensure clear programming and operation, even for complex processing tasks.

The machine is developed for integration into modern production environments and can be equipped with solutions for robot interface, automatic reference learning, and remote support – tailored for companies with high demands for precision, productivity, and operational reliability.
